Best tips for care of your hands

The most agile part of his body are the hands. Their dexterity allows them to perform the most delicate tasks, they are in constant motion, barely restlessly throughout the day and receive the harshest treatment of any other part of the body. They are shown all the time and are often judged by the state and expression of them.

Care

Natural care for dry hands

• Natural care to moisturize hands: warm in a water bath 250 ml. of apricot oil, 12 ml. of coconut oil and 30 g. of scraped bee wax. Allow to cool and add 125 ml. of Aloe Vera gel and 5 oily vitamin E capsules. Preparation to keep in the fridge. Apply after each hand wash. • Another preparation to hydrate the hands: grind the pulp of a ripened avocado, mix with 6 tablespoons of oats, 60 ml. of almond oil and add 60 ml. of water until obtaining the consistency of cream. Apply twice a day.

Natural care for rough hands

Mix a little of your usual hand cream with a teaspoon of sugar and mash with this mixture until the sugar is practically dissolved. Then, wash your hands with warm water, dry them well and apply the normal cream again. It will drag dead cells and facilitate circulation.

If your hands tend to get rough, try dipping them in hot salted water for a few minutes. Then, dry them gently and apply the mixture of an egg yolk, a few drops of lemon juice and two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Tips for your hands

• Wash them with warm water, neither too cold nor too hot. • Use neutral soaps. • After washing them it is important to dry them well. • Protect them from extreme cold with gloves. • For scrubbing use rubber gloves, both water and chemicals. • Use moisturizer every day. • Activate the circulation with small massages, with your hands or with a soft brush to cleanse the skin. • For the small spots that start to appear, mix water, sugar and a little nacre and apply the mixture on them, or if not, oil and lemon. Works! • Use an exfoliant once a week. Then, apply a hand oil or just a little olive oil. • Use sunscreen as in the rest of the body, but in winter too, especially if we spend a lot of time outdoors to avoid stains and aging.

Apply to sleep any of the oils or creams that we have recommended and put on a cotton glove (never wool or other fiber). You can try first on one hand and see the difference from the other.
